My name is Michael Miserendino. Thank you for visiting my site.
Miz Media is an independent Rap/ Hip-Hop blog I created to improve my writing while indulging in my favorite hobbies: music and writing. I typically post album reviews and opinion pieces, but every now and then I'll highlight any underground artists I'm listening to along with some news stories.
I originally started this site as part of a school project for my photography class. Now it's become a space where I can share my passions with like-minded people.
I've loved rap for as long as I could remember. Apparently I discovered my first rap song when I was 5—the intro to 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air'. From there I would go on to discover a bunch of rappers who would be influential in my life: Eminem, Tupac, B.I.G., Kendrick Lamar, NWA, J. Cole and so many more amazing artists and groups.
So here I am.
